Calabogie Brewing Company was born in 2015 in Calabogie, Ontario, a small town about an hour west of Ottawa, surrounded by lakes, trails, backroads, and the Madawaska River.

Around here, the long way is often the better way. It’s front porch afternoons, cottage weekends, campfires, muddy boots, familiar faces, and the kind of good company that makes you slow down for a while.

That’s the spirit we brew for.

Our beer is approachable, craft-forward, and made for real moments: after a hike, beside the lake, around the table, at the taproom, or packed for wherever the weekend takes you. Our first beer, Front Porch Kölsch-Style Ale, is still one of the clearest expressions of who we are: crisp, easygoing, and made for gathering.

Since then, we’ve grown our lineup with beers like Raspberry Front Porch, Brown Cow Nitro Stout, Waypoint Session IPA, Causeway Dark Lager, and seasonal releases inspired by the places and pace of rural Ontario.
