Hazy light orange colour beer that has tropical fruit on the nose and a subtle sweetness on the palate, which balances this brew into as hoppy but not overly bitter pale ale.
VALLEY LIGHT : ULTRA LIGHT LAGER 4% 20 IBU
Low carb/calorie lager that pours a light straw colour. Very light body with citrus and cereal aroma. As clean & crisp as a craft beer can get.

Front Porch : Kölsch 4.7% 28 IBU
Light, crisp, German-style ale, golden colour with mild bitterness, subtle malty flavour.
Portage : Pilsner 4.7% 25 IBU
German-style Pilsner, crisp, slightly bitter, high drinkability. Brewed with authentic German Pilsner malts and German hops.
K&P 1883 : Amber Session Ale 4.5% 18 IBU
Medium bodied, traditional English Ale. Malt forward caramel flavour with mild bitterness.
Horizon : NEIPA 6.5% 38 IBU
Bright, with notes of grapefruit, orange, guava, a medium body and moderate carbonation. Pours a beautiful hazy colour.
Bogie : West Coast IPA 5.5% 65 IBU
Medium bodied with a bright golden colour. Well rounded, upfront bitterness with a piney, citrus taste/ aroma.
Nitro Brown Cow : Milk Stout 5.5% 25 IBU
Big bodied, silky mouthfeel. Brown sugar, vanilla beans, chocolate, and espresso on the nose. Rich flavour with a sweet finish.
Uncharted : Cerveza 4.2% 27 IBU
The return of our clean and refined cerveza is perfect for the warmer weather ahead.
Cottage Country : American Wheat Ale : 5% 16 IBU
Our new American wheat beer is refreshing and crushable. The large amount of Canadian wheat malt used in the brew gives this beer a medium body and light orange colour. We added lemon and orange zest which really brightens up the palate and compliments the bready sweetness with a nice pop of citrus.
